Element wins #1 in the Globe and Mail’s 20th Annual Corporate Governance Rankings
Element is honored to announce that we have been ranked #1 in the Globe and Mail’s Board Games: 20th Annual Corporate Governance Rankings.
For 20 years, Board Games, the Globe and Mail's ranking of Canada's corporate boards, has shined a spotlight on the country's boardrooms. Using a rigorous set of governance criteria, the Globe examines the board of directors of 220 public companies to assess board composition, shareholder rights, and disclosure.
Element came out on top next to and above some of Canada’s best-known brands – jumping 10 points from last year’s results. This recognition is yet another example of our commitment to lead by example in our industry and to build an inclusive and diverse company.
