Element's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion began in the early 1990s with the creation of diversity employee networks and a supplier diversity program. The supplier diversity journey initially focused on developing diverse vehicle acquisition partners as well as a process to identify and verify maintenance and accident diverse vendors.
The journey has continued as Element developed additional diverse supplier relationships in other service categories over time and will continue as Element identifies diverse suppliers capable of meeting our client’s needs.
Element provides actionable and intelligent insights and supplier diversity data you can verify, trust and proudly report. We've made concerted efforts to expand our diverse supplier base, enhance our systems, automate reporting, and provide industry-leading capabilities.
Our efforts haven't gone unnoticed. We are proud to be recognized for our dedication and excellence in supplier diversity from our clients:
Element is committed to fostering a robust and growing diverse supply chain that meets the evolving needs of our clients and creates value for the suppliers we work with.

NMDSC, CAMSC and CCAB are the lead organizations in connecting corporations to minority vendors in the U.S. and Canada – giving Element and our clients access to a broad network of diverse suppliers.

NMDSC, CAMSC, and WBENC will independently conduct annual data scrubs of our suppliers and audit, if they are certified, providing Element and our clients with the trusted insights into the make-up of our supplier base and where opportunities exist to improve minority spend.
