Element Fuel Program (U.S.)

Element's one card solution provides clients with an enhanced set of product features that focus on the priorities that matter, such as driver convenience, security, control, reporting and benchmarking.

Driver convenience

Our convenient service card is accepted at over 95% of fuel stations in the U.S. Drivers can easily locate accepting stations using our Fuel Locator, accessible on desktop and mobile. In addition, your drivers will enjoy pay-at-the-pump convenience and 24/7 support for fueling and PIN assistance. At accepting locations we also offer options-such as a job number for convenience of tracking fuel by department.

Purchase controls and security

Our enhanced card security and fraud alerts help protect your business from fuel fraud. Our 6-digit PIN functionality adds a layer of protection to help ensure that only those authorized to use the card are using it. We are also able to limit when and how the card can be used such as the days of the week and/or the time of day the card is accepted. You may also limit the number of transactions and dollars spent per day, set up product type controls which are real dollar limits, set up layered authorization spend limit controls at a daily and weekly/monthly levels, or restrict payment to outside terminals for fuel only. Real-time alerts can be set up for monitoring many exception types such as dollars per transaction and total consecutive declines.

Element can help you select a vendor to supply private, onsite, bulk fueling. You may install a card reader so that the transaction feels just like a retail transaction and retains the same benefits.

Mobile fueling option

Element can provide access to mobile fueling (wet hosing) partner to fuel vehicles onsite without the need to install a bulk tank.

Element EV public charging option

In cooperation with ChargePoint, Element offers a charging solution that allows fleets with electric vehicles (EVs) to use their Element RFID card to initiate and pay for EV charges.

As part of our fuel management program, our consulting team can look at your fleet's fuel data and compare it against state fuel averages and similar fleets to gauge how your fleet is performing. Driver convenience

Our convenient chip-and-PIN service card is accepted wherever Mastercard is accepted across Canada. Chip-and-PIN security provides 100% of service cards with PIN technology. We offer Cardlock program options for unmanned fuel stations through partnerships with Esso, Petro Canada and UFA (United Farmers of Alberta).Your drivers will enjoy pay-at-the-pump convenience and contact center support for fueling and PIN assistance.
