'Tis the season for giving

Element’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs) demonstrate our commitment to the communities where we live and work by celebrating cultural milestones and holidays and giving back to diverse organizations across our North American footprint.

In addition to the more than $2.3 million Element donated to our communities this year, our BRGs aren’t stopping there!

With Diwali, Remembrance and Veterans Days, Dia de Los Muertos, and fast-approaching winter holidays, our BRGs, which focus on bringing historically underrepresented groups and their allies together to foster a culture of inclusion, acceptance, and respect, are marking cultural milestones with over $60,000 in philanthropic donations to more than 25 non-profit organizations in our communities.

In addition to BRG donations, we encourage our people to support local organizations by donating essential items, books, toys and time. We are proud of the work of our BRGs.
